Why this role matters
As an Operations and Support Assistant, you’ll be crucial in keeping our operations organised and efficient, while also providing direct support to our customers. Your work will help our team stay focused on innovation and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience with Stora. You’ll develop an in-depth knowledge of our product to provide high-quality support.
Key responsibilities
1. Data management: Maintain and update customer records in our internal systems.
2. Billing support: Process invoices, manage accounts receivable, and track customer payments.
3. Team coordination: Arrange logistics for team meetings, off-sites, and travel accommodations.
4. General administrative support: Assist with scheduling, managing correspondence, and tackling ad hoc projects.
5. Internal documentation: Create and maintain clear, organised documentation for internal processes.
6. Customer phone support: Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with enquiries, guiding them through our platform, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
1. Organisational proficiency: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
2. Tech savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (like HubSpot), billing software, and a general ability to pick up new systems quickly.
3. Attention to detail: Accuracy and precision, especially in data management and billing.
4. Communication: Clear, effective written and verbal skills for coordinating with internal teams and providing customer support over the phone.
5. Customer-oriented mindset: A helpful, patient approach to handling customer enquiries and resolving issues.
Preferred experience
Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role, ideally within a SaaS or tech company, is beneficial but not essential. We’re open to training someone who’s organised, proactive, and eager to grow. Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is advantageous for supporting our international clients.
