Manage and process invoices in a timely manner
Handle payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process payments for company obligations
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
Collaborate with the procurement department for invoice verification
Support month-end closing process
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Assist with other accounting duties as neededProfile
