Salary Range: Scale 5 GBP 29,109 : GBP 31,296 per annum
Work Location: Strategic Headquarters, Eastleigh (Hybrid Working : office on a Tuesday and rest of the week working from home)
Hours per week: 37. Part time hours will be considered : minimum 3 full days.

About the Role
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary require a committed individual to join the People and Development Support Team as an Assistant HR / People Advisor.
Working in a dynamic, fast:paced environment, you will report to a Senior HR / People Advisor to support the Constabulary's people function in delivering timely and high quality administrative service whilst acting as the first point of contact to the Constabulary's internal and external customers.
You will need to be educated to QCF Level 2 (5 passes) or have comparable work experience with at least 2 years' experience of working in a customer focused HR/people environment providing information and general advice. You will require excellent organisational and administration skills including experience of using an IT system/software to compile and analyse information and an ability to communicate with people at different levels across the organisation.

Essential Qualifications

Educated to QCF Level 2 (5 passes) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
