We've recently relaunched tedbaker.com and we are looking for a passionate CRM Manager to lead customer loyalty, engagement, and revenue generation efforts across our brands. THE ROLE
Ted Baker boasts a loyal database of 1.5M fans, and as the CRM Manager, you will be at the heart of driving customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You will lead the development and execution of our CRM strategy, working cross-functionally with marketing, digital, e-commerce, and data analytics teams to create personalized and impactful campaigns that will resonate across key markets.
This role begins with Ted Baker, but with the exciting growth at ULAC UK, it will eventually extend to other brands within our portfolio, giving you the chance to shape the CRM strategy for multiple businesses.
We are looking for someone with deep CRM expertise, particularly with Klaviyo, who is driven by results and can transform insights into innovative, data-driven campaigns.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* CRM Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives loyalty and lifetime value for the Ted Baker brand. Lead the creation of personalized, multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, on-site messaging).
* Customer Insights and Data Analysis: Leverage data to gain actionable insights into customer behavior, purchase patterns, and demographics, and translate those into impactful strategies. Use platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify to create customer profiles and track journeys.
* Collaboration and Campaign Management: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, digital, and creative teams to ensure alignment between CRM initiatives and broader marketing strategies. Own end-to-end campaign execution, from creative development to reporting.
* Customer Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage loyalty and retention programs that encourage repeat purchases. Partner with customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
* CRM Platform Management: Optimize Klaviyo to ensure seamless campaign delivery, customer segmentation, and system integrations. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR/CCPA regulations.
* Reporting and Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze key CRM metrics and use insights to optimize future efforts and drive growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Extensive experience with CRM platforms, particularly Klaviyo.
* Proficiency in email marketing, customer segmentation, campaign automation, and applying AI to drive efficiency.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Power BI.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
