This is a BRAND NEW leisure facility boasting an 8-lane swimming pool, 200-station gym, exercise studios, Clip ‘n' climb, and a Costa Coffee of 100 covers.
Deputise and assist the COSTA Store Manager across all catering operations to include the COSTA Store, bars, events, and vending where applicable. Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the catering department while maintaining exceptional standards in customer service and processes throughout the catering operation, including commercial objectives and legislative compliance activities. Train and coach all Barista Maestros.
More about you
Proven People Management Skills involving Planning, Organisation, Coaching, Communication, Delegation, and Motivation. A holder of or the ability to apply without restriction required licences to fulfill the role e.g. Driving, Premises Licence (Alcohol), Food Safety Level 2, and Allergen Awareness. One year's experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
