As Capability Manager, you will equip, enable and empower a team of Regional and Territory Managers to perform to their highest potential in role. So, you will know your stuff when it comes to field marketing within a FMCG setting. This senior role works with multiple stakeholders including the PepsiCo internal management team and the McCurrach PepsiCo Team. You would also work closely with our Avidity Group People HR Team. For the most part, you will be home based but to ensure you have your finger on the pulse, you will accompany the field team on field visits (circa once per week) to help understand training and capability needs. This will also support your ability to coach the management team and help you to nurture internal and client relationships. You will meet your client contacts regularly via fortnightly in-person meetings so overnights will be required. There is no direct line responsibility however as Capability Manager, you will be integral to shaping the culture, engagement, talent development and equipping the team with the tools and capability to deliver outstanding execution and insight.
