In this role, you will drive the adoption of advanced digital solutions across our global network, creating impactful value propositions and enhancing customer experiences worldwide. Your Role As a Digital Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Digital Solutions Leadership Team, overseeing digital consulting activities across multiple EMEA countries. In this capacity, you will support accounts from all sales channels, ensuring the effective utilization of digital solutions to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, provide training, and drive continuous improvement in our digital service offerings. Your Responsibilities - Advise customers and internal teams on digital solutionsthroughout the sales cycle and consult customers during for instance (pre) RFI,RFQ, and QBR meetings. - Conduct training sessions for sales and customer-facingstaff, and contribute to the Digital Solutions Intranet. - Lead consulting projects in line with digital solutionsmethodologies and support Supply Chain Design Team projects. - Oversee a smooth transition from Consult to Implement in alignmentwith the Sea, Air, and Road Business Units. - Identify and leverage upselling opportunities, positioningsolutions to enhance customer loyalty and profitability. - Gather feedback, collaborate on solution enhancements, andstay informed on industry trends and competitors. - Drive process efficiencies to streamline digital solutionsdelivery and improve stakeholder experience. - Implement Global Digital Solutions policies and strategieswithin assigned hemisphere. Your Skills and Experiences - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT,or related field - 3 years of solution consulting experience, preferably insupply chain - 3 years of project management experience - Digital Nativel; Proficiency in M365 or Google Docs; stronganalytical skills - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills - Customer-focused with strategic thinking abilities - Willingness to travel internationally; valid driver'slicense Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
