This business is making huge strides in the AI Connected camera & Fleet connectivity space. In its 7th consecutive year of growth, they are looking to expand with a brand new Partnerships Manager role that will give the right candidate massive growth potential and a clear pathway to grow with the business.
Opportunity
* Partnerships Manager
* North Essex (Remote based with expectation to visit the office once every 2 weeks).
* £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary
* 20%+ of basic OTE but uncapped!
* Car Allowance £300 P/M
* 24 days holiday + Bank holidays
The role of Partnerships Manager has been newly created to further strengthen existing relationships and drive sales across new key partnerships. You will be tasked with onboarding new partners across the Fleet & Leasing, Truck, Re-seller and other channels to drive growth across your portfolio. The main proposition is AI Connected Cameras and safety systems with the focus on the software subscriptions to go with them. You will not simply be a in and out sales person but one that can consult with a partner in order to understand the potential benefits further add-ons from the software can provide. This is about building long-lasting relationships and adding value to each customer.

You’ll be doing this:
Account Management: Acting as the main point of contact for key partners making sure that the focus is on maintaining long lasting relationships with loyalty and growth.
Sales Enablement: You will work closely with your partners sales teams to ensure they have the skills, information and tools to promote and implement the solutions effectively.
Partnership Development: Growing your partner network as well as maintaining existing relationships to ensure your portfolio is growing across the Telematics and connected camera space.
And you’ll need this:
* Experience across the Telematics / Connected Camera space will be preferred
* Experience across the Fleet / transport industry
* Previous experience in a Business Development or Partnership / Channel role with demonstratable results is desired.
