Customer Reference Manager, Cloud
Location: UK, London
Length: 12 months
Rate: £46.15 p/h (Inside IR35)
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead marketing efforts for specific projects/products by initiating and managing key workstreams
* User Research & Market Analysis: Conduct user research and market analysis to provide business insights and recommendations for product development
* User Journey & Lifecycle Strategy: Develop user journeys and strategies to improve the experience for both current and potential users
* User Growth & Engagement: Identify opportunities to boost user growth, increase engagement with new features, and encourage adoption of existing ones
* Marketing Strategy: Work with sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective marketing strategies and plans
* Project Scope & Resource Management: Contribute to defining project scopes and manage priorities, ensuring the right technical resources are allocated
* Goal Setting & Measurement: Set ambitious, yet achievable goals, and measure success logically to ensure continuous improvement
* Problem Solving & Innovation: Proactively propose new opportunities, solve problems creatively, and refine processes and strategies to address future challenges
Influence & Collaboration:
* Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment and prioritizing objectives. Keep stakeholders informed of progress and potential issues
* Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and helping them onboard effectively
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with marketing goals
* External Partnerships: Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and partners, ensuring all work supports and builds the client's brand
Key Projects and Initiatives:
* Develop AI customer stories
* Reassign customer accounts to London-based representatives for 80+ leaders

* Strong attention to detail throughout projects
Relevant Industry Experience:
* Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, MS, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, and B2B enterprise companies
