Description We are currently looking for an Invent Clerk for our Segen customer in Hoo, Medway. You will work alongside 5 other invent clerks (3am shift, 3pm shift) reporting to the Stock and Systems Manager, to be responsible for the effective and efficient stock Management of our customer products. Duties and responsibilities: • Responsible for cycle counting to ensure that our stock is accurate. • Investigating Stock • Communicating and working closely with the customer • Assisting with any picking issues • Maintaining Sin Bin area • Supporting Warehouse with any stock issues • Prioritising workload • Completing various projects • Assisting with any pick issues • Deliver the contractual Key Performance Indicators relating to stock management. • Manage the customers stock loss to ensure the account isn’t over tolerance. • Responsible for audit checks, stock damage limitation and where required the introduction of corrective action. • Support system projects to ensure stock integrity is maintained. • To adhere to and follow Company policies/procedures, including Quality, Health, and Safety to ensure compliance to statutory obligations. • Responsible for Health and Safety of themselves and other team members by adhering to safe working practices. Experience, Skills, and Attributes: • Stock management/relevant industrial experience. • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems. • Confident in the gathering, cleansing, and summarising data. • Attention to detail and the ability to analyse data. • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. • Problem-solving skills. • A flexible and organised approach with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines.
