Early Years Practitioner Post
Our team is looking for a reliable, motivated, qualified, and dedicated person to join the nursery. Our nursery is expanding due to the increase in funding hours.
We are looking for a qualified individual with at least a level 3 qualification and experience working in a busy private day nursery.
Our main goal is to nurture our children and ensure they feel safe and secure while learning and developing.
We seek a special person who can offer a caring approach, a sensitive attitude, and a genuine love for working with children to guide and support all ages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine passion for working with children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing the potential of young learners in a nursery setting. Your leadership skills will help create a stimulating and safe environment where children can thrive.
Main role:
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Manage daily routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
* Communicate effectively with children, using clear language to enhance their understanding and encourage their verbal skills.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to track their development.
* Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve the quality of care provided.
* Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity within the nursery environment.
Qualifications:
* Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
* A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Ability to create a warm, nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Knowledge of nursery management practices is an advantage.
