Based in County Durham, our employability provision operates nationally. Role Information Duties Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager. Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members, compliant with external requirements. Ensure support systems facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression. Complete all E-registers timely to required standards. Monitor attendance and performance of learners, effectively reporting to management. Address learner requirements quickly and effectively. Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment ensuring a positive learner experience and timely achievement. Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews as required, setting smart targets. Complete assessments and documentation timely to meet awarding body, audit, and organisational requirements. Submit portfolios timely for verification and work with the IV to ensure quality improvement. Engage in learning and development activities for the job role, maintaining a CPD record. Contribute to learner disciplinary action requirements as appropriate. Attend standardisation and team meetings at designated centres to develop team and individual performance. Promote and ensure safe working practices and safeguarding of learners in line with Health and Safety legislation and LCG Safeguarding and Prevent policies.
