required to work on various roles as part of the Win 11 deployment project.
These roles will be remote-based with occasional travel to Corsham if required, e.g., for meetings.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
2. Project Management Support
3. General administrative tasks supporting the project team, including meeting minutes
4. Supporting the Lead Project Manager with the creation of reports, plan updates, configuration management, commercials, and change
5. Creation and maintenance of the project logs (including product, risk, issue, dependency, and change)
6. Assist the Contractor's Onboarding Coordinator with onboarding activities
7. Create and maintain a Resource Onboarding Plan aligned to the project plan and Migration Schedule that indicates the quantity of Contractor Resources required in each role
8. Liaise with the Contractor's Scheduling and Planning Manager to ensure that the Resource Onboarding Plan is kept aligned with the project plan and Migration Schedule
9. Make arrangements for the engagement and release of individual Contractor Resources in accordance with the Resource Onboarding Plan
10. Creating and agreeing onboarding material with the Authority's and Contractor's Migration Lead project manager
11. Maintain the onboarding material ensuring that it is updated with changes as required
12. Provide advice and guidance to the Contractor's Resources about the security clearance and Authority onboarding process
13. Liaising with the Contractor's vetting department to arrange the security clearance of Contractor Resources as required
14. Liaising with the relevant Authority teams to arrange Authority-specific clearance of Contractor Resources as required
15. Schedule and organise onboarding sessions for Contractor Resources joining the project team
16. Prepare and issue start-up meeting invitations
17. Check for and confirm acceptance of start-up meeting invitations, chase non-responses, and process reschedule requests
18. Create start-up meeting records and submit them to the Scheduling and Planning Manager for assurance
Security Clearance:
Active SC clearance is required. Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high-level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take a minimum of 10 weeks.
