• Proven experience in business, finance, administration, and resource management.
• Strong skills in setting, managing, and monitoring budgets effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR, safeguarding, and health and safety practices.
• Confidence and initiative in establishing and maintaining administrative systems in a busy school environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies.
• A calm, positive, and professional conduct, especially under pressure, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• A track record of maximising resources and managing them efficiently.
• A forward-thinking approach, with a commitment to driving continual school improvement.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
