School Caretaker - 32.5 Hours per Week - Permanent The Governing Body of Bryn Awel Primary School is seeking to appoint a Caretaker to work as part of a friendly, hard-working team.
We are looking for a caretaker who is committed to the provision of maintenance and security on our school premises. We require someone who is able to build strong professional relationships with staff and pupils and is dedicated to ensuring that our school is a clean and orderly working environment. The successful candidate will have health and safety responsibilities including maintaining the school building and grounds in a safe condition and working in a safe manner. As part of these duties there will be a requirement to carry out and record periodic health and safety checks e.g. condition of fire doors and escape routes, water temperature testing, etc., as well as an element of cleaning specified areas of the school.
Staff are looking for a colleague who is motivated, friendly, and hard-working who can add value to the learning environment of our school.
