As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, working together to create engaging and enriching learning experiences for our students. KS2 Teacher Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS2. Use a variety of teaching strategies to ensure that all students, regardless of ability, can access and excel in their learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support development. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment, encouraging a love of learning and nurturing each child's social and emotional well-being. Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery, sharing ideas and resources to ensure consistency across the school. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns. Contribute to the wider school community, supporting school events and engaging in team activities. KS2 Teacher Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching KS2, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive environment. Strong communication skills, both with students and parents. Passion for fostering children’s development, both academically and socially. Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for working as part of a collaborative team.
