Job summary We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join the Skin Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team, in supporting patients diagnosed and treated with Skin Cancer within Manchester Foundation NHS Trust. If you are, an exciting opportunity has become available within the Plastic Surgery Service for a Band 6 Skin Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist, based at Wythenshawe Hospital. This is a full-time permanent position. You will join an established team of two specialist nurses, a cancer care coordinator and the multidisciplinary team within the service in providing holistic personalised care for individuals living with & beyond cancer. You will work alongside the Skin Cancer CNS's supporting nurse led clinics. Experience in Skin Cancer, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Oncology would be beneficial, as would experience in multidisciplinary and cross agency working. Main duties of the job As a professional role model you will provide direct and indirect clinical care, ensuring the needs of the patient are central to service delivery.
