The following duties are just some of the ones required of the role: To manage the movement of freight to requested final destination within required timescales and to customers’ specifications To provide effective communication by liaising with suppliers and customers throughout the transport process To provide effective management of the transport process resolving any and all issues that arise To provide a consistent and positive customer service experience and develop strong customer relationships Liaise with customers, Banks & Lloyd overseas agents, shipping lines and hauliers to provide a customer centred service Develop strong customer relationships by providing consistently excellent customer service Note: This job description reflects the present requirements of the role.
