Key Responsibilities:
3. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
4. Managing office budgets, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.

6. Organizing meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
7. Handling HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Supervising administrative staff and supporting their professional development.
10. Implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
11. Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
12. Experience with aspects of HR.
13. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
15. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
16. Ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports.
17. Knowledge of HR procedures and regulations is a plus.
