This role requires a strong leader with proven experience managing fast-paced, high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple refurbishment projects from inception to completion. Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. Maintain strict health and safety compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in food retail or fast-track refurbishment projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Willingness to travel to various project sites.
