* I require at least 3 years of experience in an IT-based role.
* Strong technical skills in a Microsoft environment and practical networking knowledge are essential.
* I expect excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
* I will provide expert analysis, troubleshooting, and system & network monitoring for internal end users.
* I will handle day-to-day maintenance and support tasks as needed.
* I will take full ownership of issues until resolution, offering 2nd Line support.
* I will provide local desk-side support and remote support to end users internationally.
* I will work with Windows Server 2012/16/19 and up to Windows 11 Operating System.
* I will manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, and VPN connections.
* I will utilize my knowledge of the Office 365 environment and apply my understanding of networking principles to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* I will address IT security issues, including networking, backup solutions, and spam/malware filtering.
