As a Litigation Assistant, you'll support case handlers by performing complex administrative duties to progress cases through the court process. This role is busy and demanding, with diverse duties and no two days being the same. You'll work in a team that specializes in claiming compensation from the government for victims of violence through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).
You'll regularly liaise with a wide range of clients and professionals, both over the phone and in writing. Whether arranging meetings, seeking medical reports, or chasing information, you'll need to maintain a sensitive and professional approach at all times.

You'll handle a lot of administrative tasks, high-volume cases, and support fee-earning activities. The role involves significant housekeeping and efficiency.
About You
Ideally, you will have some prior legal administration experience and a proven background in a similar support administration role. If you thrive on being busy and can adapt well to new challenges, we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to succeed in this highly rewarding role.
