Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust's Hub Teams are multi-disciplined teams of administrators dealing with enquiries from patients, service users, carers and clinicians.
The service is delivered in an Inpatient Hospital Environment providing admin support to ward managers Monday - Friday, operating core office hours.
The Administrator role will provide efficient, effective and high-quality clerical support to a range of identified professionals within clinical inpatient services.

Main Duties of the Job
The Administrator role will provide efficient, effective, and high-quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service users/patients within a community-based or district-wide team.
Service Administrator roles support Medics and/or Clinical Teams.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience (e.g. GCSE A-C or RSA II).
* EDCL or equivalent.
Experience
* Customer service experience (e.g. face-to-face, answering calls or correspondence).
* Administration/office experience (i.e. diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note-taking, inputting data, collating and presenting information).
* Providing administrative or secretarial support.
* Experience of organising competing demands and workloads.
* Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
* Experience of working autonomously and proactively.
* Administration/office experience supporting senior management/clinical functions within the public sector.
* Experience of audio typing/digital dictation (e.g. BigHand).
* Previous NHS experience.
* Workflow management experience (e.g. job allocation).
