As a Junior Recruiter, you will recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organisation.
What you'll do:
* Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to hiring managers.
* Conduct thorough prescreening.
* Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview logistics, and follow-ups.
* Schedule interviews with candidates and internal interviewers, ensuring availability and smooth communication.
* Provide candidates with detailed interview itineraries, including company information, schedules, and directions.
* Coordinate virtual and in-person interview setups, including booking meeting rooms and managing technology logistics.
* Post and maintain job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
* Liaise with our security team to book onsite interviews.
* Manage administrative tasks effectively.
Basic Requirements:
* At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruiting.
* Must be authorised to work in the UK.
Desired Characteristics:
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Excel).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
* Act as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
