Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated clinician who is excited by the opportunity of working alongside professional colleagues in a dynamic Community Forensic Team. This is a great opportunity as the Community Forensic Teams have recently aligned as one team. The post holder will have working knowledge and clinical skills in OT professional practice models and assessments. The post holder will work under the guidance and leadership of the Advanced Occupational Therapist and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will deliver assessment and intervention to a working age adult community forensic service. The post holder will support the recovery and community pathways for service users who may have diagnosis of personality disorder, mental illness, learning disability and/or neurodiversity. The post holder will maintain a focus on a community-to-community pathway whilst maintaining positive relationships with inpatient MDT's. The post is part of a wider forensic therapies (allied health professionals) team.
