Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and resolving any issues promptly.
3. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
4. Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure the store is tidy and organised.
5. Stay informed about current promotions and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. A customer-first attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
3. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
4. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
