Job Description
Are you an accomplished Water Engineer or Commercial Plumber interested in expanding your skill set and stepping into the world of water treatment with a well-established global business? Based from home and paid door to door, you'll primarily focus on servicing and maintaining our water treatment equipment. As you develop in the role, you'll have the opportunity to support the expansion of our installation services, including preparing RAMS, training junior staff, and occasionally working overseas.

LOCATION: Our office is based in High Wycombe but you will work nationally. However, you'll be kept as close to home as possible.
As our Service Engineer, your main responsibility will be the servicing, maintenance, and repair of our water treatment equipment, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. In time, there will be opportunities to contribute to the installation side of the business, supporting the development by assisting with RAMS preparation and mentoring junior staff. You'll work with a range of equipment, including physical water conditioners, ultra violet disinfection systems, chlorine dioxide dosing systems, water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration equipment, and chemical dosing systems.
You will be the face of the company and provide expert technical assistance and great customer service to all of our clients. You will work as part of a wider engineering team but may be required to work alone on some jobs.
As our Water Engineer you will:
1. Prepare and review RAMS documents for installations
2. Take ownership of jobs on site visits
3. Help to train junior staff on our products once you are up to speed
We are looking for someone with a water service engineering background. As a minimum, you will be a well-established Commercial Plumber, carrying out all basic plumbing tasks. We can teach you our world of water treatment and all the equipment and technicalities that go with it.
It would be great if you had experience of any of the following: L8 service delivery, tank cleaning and chlorination, water treatment, reverse osmosis, softener servicing, but this isn’t essential.
You will also:
1. Be eager to learn a new element and build on your water experience
2. Be able to stay away overnight on occasion
3. Hold a current UK passport for occasional work trips overseas
4. Hold a full UK manual driving license
5. Ideally hold a CSCS card, but this isn't essential

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Water Treatment Engineer, Installation Engineer, Water Engineer, Plumber, Plumbing, Commercial Pipe Fitter, Utility (water), L8 Services, Tank Cleaning, Chlorination Engineer, Water Treatment, Reverse Osmosis, Electro/Mechanical Engineer, Softener Engineer.
