Account Specialist - Respiratory
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our highly successful team as an Account Specialist.
Your role will be to act as a single point of contact for key customers, working in partnership to develop solutions that meet their needs and drive business growth through the promotion of our Respiratory Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Serve as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and resolve issues
* Pioneer digital and face-to-face interactions to build strong relationships with customers and stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Analyse data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and enhance the effectiveness of customer planning
Candidate Requirements:
* ABPI examination or equivalent experience
* Strong understanding of the NHS and customer priorities
* Proven track record of delivering consistent sales results in accordance with set targets
* Effective planning and business planning skills, including the ability to produce business proposals/cases as required
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop long-term relationships across key customer groups
