Pay - £7.10 - £11.44 per hour.
Our store in Ipswich is looking for a minimum of 8 hrs per week Expert Sales Host. You will need to be fully flexible over the course of the week. The hours will be spread across the week but will include a Saturday or Sunday shift.
What is an Expert Sales Host?
Delivering consistently great customer service and looking for ways to sell more in our Made to Measure department. Assisting customers with enquiries around curtains, blinds, shutters and accessories. I am a confident and inspiring individual, a great communicator; ensuring customer satisfaction to the best of my ability. I aid the customer journey through exceptional service, providing guidance and have expert knowledge of our Made to Measure service. I have great organizational skills, ensuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of their orders and ensuring all customers are aware of any sales and promotions in-store. I can act like an owner to ensure the department is at its highest standard, and I am self-motivated to drive my own sales to hit my targets. I have a customer-first approach, ensuring every customer is listened to and I am confident that I am able to offer all relevant window treatment solutions and services.
