The successful candidate will help expand the clientele and drive sustainable growth within the business. You will have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Identify business growth opportunities. Collaborate with our senior management team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients aligned with company goals. Serve as the main point of contact for your new client accounts. Work closely with our team of account managers to foster client relationships and ensure that jobs are delivered to specification and on time upon acquiring new clients. Collaborate with our client services, marketing, and production teams to align your new business sales plans. Attend events to promote and expand your professional network. Achieve monthly new business sales targets. Stay commercially aware and up to date on industry trends. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and lead conversion rates, ensuring accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Essential Criteria: Experience: 3 years of proven experience in a business development role Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high levels of customer service.
