About the role
We are now recruiting for a Growth Partnerships Manager to join the Growth Partnerships team at CitNOW Group! This is a fully remote position involving travel to customer sites as required.
The Growth Partnership Manager acts as the bridge between Growth Partners and CitNOW Group and will play a pivotal role in strengthening strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and retention.
Working closely with the Director of Growth Partnerships, this individual will define project priorities and objectives, establish robust processes to maximise revenue opportunities, whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support complex rollouts, optimise operational efficiency and drive partner engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual with experience in managing customer relationships who looking for their next challenge in a strategic, growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Stakeholder Management
* Build strong relationships with Growth Partner key stakeholders and relevant CitNOW Group stakeholders.
* Support the Director of Growth Partnerships in regular review calls with Partners and ensure that all outputs are clear, agreed, documented and actioned effectively
Commercial Activity
* Support Partners engagement with Global Programmes Team to unlock new opportunities
* Support partners with ensuring that new subscriptions are activated, implemented and billing in a timely manner
* Identify challenges preventing revenue from being billed and push external and/or internal stakeholders to resolve these
* Responsible for revenue forecasting, at risk accounts, cancellations, and relevant reporting is in place and up to date in Salesforce
Project Management
* Work with Growth Partner stakeholders to ensure that project priorities are agreed, implemented and adhered to
* Support Growth Partners with complex rollouts within set timelines and to budget
Act as the bridge between
* OEM Programme and Growth partners to ensure all partners are up-to-speed with any key initiatives at a Programme level
* Product teams to gain and develop a granular understanding of products in scope and any associated CitNOW integrations that could be relevant to our Growth Partners
* All relevant internal teams, to ensure that processes and SLA’s are clear, documented and adhered to, including, but not limited to, Academy, Onboarding, Customer Support, Product, Sales Operations and Finance
We are looking for:
* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
* A results-driven, self-starter with strong commercial acumen with a willingness to continuously push and develop themselves
* In-depth knowledge of the CitNOW Applications suite, particularly Sales, Workshop, Imaging and Conversations
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively balanced
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
* Experience with Salesforce, including reporting, forecasting and analysis
