This senior management position is critical to the company's ambitious growth plans, focusing on driving new business, optimising performance, and enhancing processes to ensure excellence in sales execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and market presence.\nDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and long-term growth objectives.\nTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.\nConduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and coaching to maximise individual and team potential.\nPerformance Management: Establish, monitor, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's objectives.\nAnalyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to achieve targets.\nProcess Improvement: Assess and enhance sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the region.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.\nStrategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to inform business strategy and operational improvements.\nRepresent the organisation at key industry events, meetings, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.\nReporting: Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and progress against objectives. \n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.\nProven track record of at least 5 years in regional sales management, experience within the healthcare or dental industry is also required.\nStrong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.\nExcellent analytical skills; ability to interpret sales data and market trends.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.\nResults-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.\nAbility to travel as required, including occasional trips to London. \n\nPackage - Whats on Offer:\n\n£70k pa basic salary with performance-based bonus + company car - OTE £120k pa\nA collaborative and supportive work environment.\nThe chance to make a significant impact in a growing organisation as part of a senior management team.
