Duties: Develop and implement programs and services to meet the needs of young people in semi-independent supported accommodation. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the young people's program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Manage and supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support. Conduct assessments and develop individualized support for each young person. Coordinate with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for young people. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to young people's support and progress. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services. Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a semi-independent setting for young people (Supported Accommodation). Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial acumen. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
