Reporting to Rob Rees, Group Head of People & Culture, you will support the delivery of the workforce management plan, recruitment and talent development and employee engagement initiatives while fostering a positive work environment for all our valued employees. About The Role Role model our values and inspire others to follow, your example. To partner with the business to oversee the employee experience from recruitment, onboarding, performance development and offboarding. Act as a confidential counsellor to managers on their people related responsibilities. Including employee relations and conflict resolution. Encourage line managers to develop their people management skills by using all opportunities to train and coach. Support the Group Head of People and Culture with designing people plans for select properties and owning the execution for the properties within your remit. Support operational teams to achieve compliance with external and internal training, policies, and procedures to keep our teams safe. Use data to analyse and identify successes and areas of improvement. Project Manage key People & Culture Projects, through the entire project life cycle. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Can manage & influence stakeholders, at different levels. Has a high level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
