GXO is currently on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our site in Wellingborough and continue to deliver our high standards with our high-performing teams.
These are full-time, permanent positions, with working hours of Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm or Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10pm.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £28,138 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* You will lead your team and coordinate activities that will achieve business goals while promoting a team-based culture.
* Responsible for daily supervision of Warehouse Operatives, Agency Staff, and warehouse resources in line with operational responsibility to run according to set targets, deadlines, and customer requirements. Any serious deviations from the plan to be reported in line with local processes.
* Respond constructively to internal and external customer requests while developing and maintaining effective communication.
* Encourage the process of continuous improvement to procedures.
* You will be aware of any hazards, incidents, or accidents and report them to the proper authority to ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience working in a warehouse leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* People management and line management experience.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
