My client is looking to hire a customer support coordinator to join them for a 12 month contract start asap.
This role will be sat in the london office working on a hybrid basis (2-3 days per week)
Role details
* Lots of escalations and reactive work, and customer service queries.
* Supporting the reactive quires, work closely with the Market managers, making sure everything is updated, done on time.
* There will be phone calls from time to time, easier to jump on the call.
* They will be measured on the number of cases they work and handle.
* It can be technical questions, and standard questions they will be asked to resolve, and also a lot of it can quality related, they will work on appeals too, and this person will do the internal steps on this.
* They will support the whole pool of market managers not just one 5-7 people. For the UK, they will support in the Netherlands and other areas too.
* They will also be supporting the enterprise teams from time to time.
