Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Sunhome. The role is primarily located in Milton Keynes but allows for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
* Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in market research and analysis
* Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Requirments
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BDM in the solar industry, prefer candidates worked in solar distributor or wholesaler
* A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
* Must own a car and be willing to travel as needed
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented
