GSL Education are looking to hire qualified and experienced Sports Coach, to work as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant for one of their client schools located in Hull. The ideal candidate will have a strong mindset, and portray excellent behaviour management.
The Role:
As a recent Sports Graduate or qualified Sports Coach, you will be working as a Teaching Assistant within a Behaviour School, based in Hull. This position offers full time, supporting vulnerable students who have SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs) across Secondary ages. As well as supporting within lessons and helping to engage students, there is the opportunity to support and lead outdoor education and PE lessons and help students achieve their potential. Whether you have direct experience in Schools or not, this could be a suitable position if you are looking to begin a career in Education.
The role requires very good behaviour managamenet skills, and a strong understanding SEMH!
