Resource to perform the following activities as part of Business Analysis in the Remediation & Transformation project:
1. Business requirements refinement to drive out lower level detail to allow solution options to be explored.
2. Requirement Gathering and Elicitation Techniques.
3. Drafting User Stories with clear Acceptance criteria.
4. Slicing of User Stories with respect to Sprint size.
5. Creating and amending functional design documentation.
6. Capturing exception scenarios and risks well with respect to business requirements.
7. Impact assessing change requests for data and design changes.
8. Tracking through requirements traceability.
9. Completing the governance documentation like PID, BRD, etc., in time for review and approvals.
10. Conducting technical workshops and discussions to agree on roles and responsibilities among all stakeholders present in the UK.
11. Feature refinement, working with Technical Platform & Feature teams.
12. Business operating and accounting models (building on existing models).
13. Non-functional requirements.
14. Supporting other activities, e.g., testing clarification, SOPs, implementation, communications.
