Thrive Group is pleased to collaborate with our market-leading client in the Melksham area, who is seeking to recruit an experienced Production Coordinator on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
* Assisting with deliveries, including supplier liaison and checking stock/discrepancies
* Inputting orders into the system and ensuring purchase orders are checked for any special instructions
* Managing delivery schedules and collating information required for various internal departments, including export
* Answering phones, dealing with queries, and greeting visitors
What you will need to succeed:
* Proven administration experience, ideally within an FMCG environment
* Supply chain, delivery, or export experience is desirable but not essential
* Confident communicator, capable of working under pressure with changing deadlines
* Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in IT, data entry, Microsoft Office, and CRM/ERP systems
* Excellent communication skills over the phone and via email
