This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK. The Retail Catering team are responsible for the provision of food and drink throughout the retail kiosks located within the stadium concourses within Rangers FC. We aim to provide a fast, professional, and friendly service to all customers. What you'll be doing...
* Check kiosk stock in accordance with stock sheet and display products in advance of gates opening
* Monitor food sales and manage stock distribution throughout the match
* Monitor service standards in order to reduce queue time and increase revenue/average spend
* Ensure kiosks are prepared in a timely manner for gates opening
* Ensure compliance of laws and regulations including Health and Safety and Food Safety
* Complete matchday reports and sign off all kiosk matchday paperwork
* Maintain a visible presence on the concourse to ensure that all requests and queries are responded to promptly and effective
* Assist with the training of all new staff
Genuine interest in customer service excellence
* Supervisory experience is required
* Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
* Previous experience within stadia catering
