As Head of Employee, Infrastructure and Data Technologies, you’ll bring your senior technology leadership experience as you work to enhance and accelerate business performance through the implementation of amazing experiences for our people, enabling them to best serve our customers and beneficiaries. This will involve increasing efficiency through automation and digitization, improving productivity, and reducing costs as you digitise people experiences. As part of this exciting and newly created role, you’ll lead a unit consisting of 4 business-aligned squads: Finance, Procurement and HR / Data and Integrations / Employee Devices and Productivity / Networks, Servers and Storage. As Head of Employee, Infrastructure and Data Technologies, you will: Develop and socialise the Employee, Infrastructure and Data Technology roadmap for Nuffield Health. Communicate performance at cross-functional meetings, highlighting successes and articulate action plans as required. Collaborate with the CDIO senior leadership team to develop Nuffield Health’s transformation and technology strategy and deliver execute it in collaboration with your peers. Design and drive efficiency improvements particularly in the areas of HR and Finance Through leadership inspire and motivate the Employee, Infrastructure & Data Services unit to new levels of performance. Use insight and experimentation to deliver experiences and features that our employees and customers love. Collaborate with business leaders to bring them solutions that deliver value. To be successful in this role you will: Be an inspiring leader able to lead multidisciplinary teams who can influence up to and including Executive/CEO level. Have experience of working with ERP applications, including implementation (experience using Workday HCM and Workday Fins would be desirable) Have experience of working with Microsoft applications, including contract negotiations. Have proven experience of working in a fast-paced function and delivering outstanding results. Be highly commercial with experience of supplier management.
