We are hiring for an ERP Systems Manager, specifically with Oracle NetSuite experience, responsible for managing and optimizing NetSuite and ERP systems, supporting system implementations, and ensuring smooth integration with third-party applications. The role is based at our site in Gateshead and reports into the VP of IT Job Role In this role the ERP Systems Manager will be responsible for the following: Collaborating with system stakeholders, line manager, and other parties to identify and implement system changes and improvements. Ensuring all installations, upgrades, and integrations of NetSuite and third-party applications perform seamlessly. Managing security configurations, including SSO/2FA and user access roles, ensuring segregation of duties and streamlined roles across a multi-subsidiary setup. Assisting Turntide departments with data analysis, reporting requirements, and the optimized use of NetSuite. Developing a deep understanding of saved search functionality, customization, and NetSuite workflows, including automation and SuiteScripts. Performing functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite projects and improvements. Coordinating system configurations between NetSuite and third-party systems such as Salesforce and Zone & Co Reporting. Troubleshooting issues, including system interface and integration problems, and providing resolution for NetSuite internal users. Planning, reviewing, and revising configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs. Documenting user requirements to support development projects and training initiatives. Training new hires across all departments and proactively communicating system updates resulting from NetSuite enhancements. Working closely with business partners, internal stakeholders, and product development to deliver exceptional service and meet expectations. Tracking all user queries through the Freshservice ticketing system, maintaining detailed records for audit and analysis of recurring issues. Leading discussions on project status, problem resolution, and assigning actionable follow-ups for internal and external teams. Supporting global ERP rollouts, including blueprint creation and stabilization phases, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Experience and Skills We’re looking for candidates with the following experience and skills: Experienced in NetSuite administration and/or ERP cloud implementation. Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and WMS, with experience in multi-currency, multi-subsidiary setups. Proven expertise in project management, including governance tools (RAID logs), agile methodologies, and resource planning. Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics tools such as Saved Searches and Zone & Co Reporting. Technical skills in system integrations and familiarity with iPaaS solutions. Team management experience and the ability to collaborate across global teams and functions. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and project management software tools (e.g., Atlassian). It would also be great (but not essential) if in addition to the above you also had: NetSuite Certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation). Background in Finance, E-commerce, or global business transformation projects. Knowledge of NetSuite integrations, including Salesforce and Zone & Co Reporting. Qualifications A degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator) are preferred.
