You will make connections, develop relationships and lead our pupils on the path to a bright future. This will include working under the guidance of a teacher to support the academic and personal development of children throughout the school day. THE CANDIDATE Previous experience working with children, particularly in an educational or care setting IDEALLY experience working with children/ young people with SEN / SEND needs MUST be educated with GCSE Math's and English or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively with children, adapting language and approach as necessary.
