Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) - Uttoxeter
Location: Uttoxeter | Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
My client is seeking a detail-driven VDA to join their fast-paced bodyshop. If you have a keen eye for maximizing efficiency and ensuring top-quality repairs, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess vehicle damage & ensure repairs match estimates
2. Work closely with engineers & technicians to follow repair methods
3. Load repair methods onto job cards & inspect jobs from start to finish
4. Identify additional repairs & maximize job profitability
5. Liaise with insurers & suppliers to keep processes smooth
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience as a VDA in a bodyshop/accident repair environment
2. ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)
3. Strong knowledge of repair methods, estimating & Audatex/Glassmatix
4. Detail-oriented & results-driven approach
