We’re looking for a Graphic Design and Content Manager to play a central role in shaping our brand’s presence across digital, print, and video platforms. As a Graphic Design and Content Manager, you will take the lead in creating innovative, high-impact marketing materials that resonate with our audiences and reflect FootJoy’s premium brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Design and Content Creation • Develop and manage a wide range of marketing collateral across digital, print, and video platforms. • Produce impactful sales materials for meetings and stockrooms, both in physical and digital formats. • Create and optimise assets for DTC channels, inc. product imagery, landing pages, and email campaigns. • Lead the production of video content for social media, trade platforms, and internal events. Strategic Campaign Management • Build engaging high performance animated display advertising utilizing HTML5. • Oversee online advertising campaigns, leveraging DoubleClick to manage trafficking, track performance and extract actionable insights. • Adapt and tailor global digital messaging to align with regional nuances. Team Leadership and Collaboration • Mentor and guide a Junior Graphic Designer, fostering their growth and professional development. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives. • Work closely with a range of companies. Overseeing shoots/production of Point of Sale and printed materials. Innovation and Improvement • Stay ahead of design trendsintegrate cutting-edge practices to maintain Acushnet’s position as an industry leader. • Continuously analyse performance metrics to refine campaigns and maximize their impact. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a creative expert with a proven track record in design and content creation. You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Have a strong background in graphic design, content production, and campaign management. • Are adept at storytelling and translating brand values into compelling visuals and narratives. • Possess exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects. • Are proficient in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and have experience with video production and editing. • Demonstrate experience managing or mentoring team members.
