AVAILABLE NOW Trades Administrator Wanted Our client is seeking a Trades Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Trades Administrator will be working full-time in the office, assisting with the administrative tasks related to plumbing and heating projects. The Trades Administrator must have proven experience in a similar role and industry, as well as strong organisational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities for the Trades Administrator: Technical Support, providing support to plumbers and heating engineers Project Management, preparing documentation, processing invoices, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Customer Service, responding to customer inquiries, managing contract details and providing project updates Administrative Support, assist with scheduling, managing contracts, and coordinating with other teams Inventory Management, assist with inventory control for plumbing and heating materialsSkills Required for the Trades Administrator: Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational skills Proficiency in computer software, Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating systems (preferred) Proven experience in the same role or similar If this role is of interest, please apply for additional information or contact Thomas Edevane from Clearwater People Solutions
