Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Grantham Town Centre (Free Parking Available)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week (1 hour lunch break)
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing (Potential to Become Permanent)
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a fast-paced, focused team in a corporate environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with accounts experience, particularly in sales and purchase ledger processing, to support the Finance Director (FD) and a dynamic team of management accountants and accounts assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing high-volume invoices for both sales ledger and purchase ledger
2. Supporting the team with general accounts administration
3. Maintaining and updating accounts records using Sage 200
4. Assisting with day-to-day financial tasks and reporting as needed
Ideal Candidate:
1. AAT Level 2 or above (or equivalent accounting qualification)
2. Immediate availability – this role is urgent and requires someone who can start right away
3. Strong experience in accounts administration, with a focus on sales ledger and purchase ledger
4. Comfortable working in a corporate environment with a small, focused team
5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
6. Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals
