As Desktop account executive you will look after clients with premiums SME to Mid Corporate where a relationship is still needing to be maintained, but physical visit is not a necessity. Along with the relationship management piece their will also be a new business aspect to the role. However, coming into this role you will be no stranger to looking for opportunities to grow your book of business.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate your self-motivated, hardworking nature to meet and push growth targets.
2. Drive quality, consistency and accuracy in all aspects of your role.
3. Achieve and maintain a high level of client service whilst always promoting exceptional customer care standards.
4. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with your client base and ensure expert advice is given in all areas of business.
5. Demonstrate excellent client retention skills.
6. Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer.
Experience:
7. 3 Years working within a similar role as Snr Handler or aspiring executive.
8. Demonstrable growth of book of business.
9. Commercial insurance background
10. Articulate with strong client and stakeholder management abilities.
11. Market and Insurer knowledge with good market relationships.
12. Experience & a strong understanding of FCA compliance & the ability to work to regulatory processes.
