The Role
As an Account Development Executive, you will manage and grow our client’s existing relationships to drive continuous business success.
Specifically, you will highlight new sales prospects within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling, while also engaging with clients to support them in identifying, qualifying and closing solution opportunities.
Leveraging unique insights, you will uncover and record strategic information to help determine the revenue generating potential of each account.
Additionally, you will:
- Onboard new clients and take responsibility for qualification and prioritisation of accounts
- Work with the specialist team to build and close Guide, Docebo, and content pipeline
About You
To be considered as an Account Development Executive, you will need:
- Experience in identifying and capitalising on new sales opportunities through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies
- Experience in onboarding new clients, along with the ability to qualify and prioritise accounts effectively
- The ability to uncover and record strategic information to determine future revenue potential and product relevance for accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients and close solution opportunities
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams, specifically with a specialist team, to build and close opportunities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and overcome challenges that may arise
